Welcome to #420 Gate Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake!
It may not be the prettiest home on the street now but when we are done with it we hope to transform it into something really special for someone. What attracted us to this project is the lot. It is approximately 57.80 ft x 211.20 ft. The home will have 3 very large bedrooms on the second floor with an ensuite and family bathroom. The main level will have a brand new kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and dining room. The patio doors will lead to a large covered porch on the back of the house looking onto the newly created gardens. Out the side of the home will be a pergola which will lead to a refurbished single car garage. We are looking forward to seeing what this beauty will look like in the coming months.
